The One-Stop Career Center has resource books to assist job seekers with resume ideas, and writing tips, as well as books on how to write cover letters. There is also a CD-ROM Computer Program that will walk you through the resume writing process, step by step.

To market their qualifications, many job seekers enter resumes into a nationwide electronic resume system, which is then searched by employers for workers who meet their needs. Sponsored by the Department of Labor, America's Talent Bank (ATB) or CalJOBS is a product of state employment service agencies and is provided as an additional service to the public.
