The San Benito County One-Stop Career Center provides many services designed to help workers in any phase of their job search. Basic employment services are offered free of charge, and include information about job openings and filing for unemployment benefits, job search workshops, resume information and assistance.

Resource Materials   Books, Computer Programs, and videos are all available to assist you in retaining opportunities, vocational and career assessment, job search information, and educational provider information.		Job Search Workshops   Find more information on job search workshops offered by the Department of Community Services & Workforce Development and the California Employment Development Department (EDD) job service offices.
Resume Information and Assistance   One-Stop Partners will assist you in drafting and distributing your resume. You can obtain resume information and assistance in our resume-writing workshops, books, or many video tapes.		Job Search   The One-stop has many in house computers that are available to access CalJobs, Monster, Career Builder and many more employment websites.
Skills Training   Our partners have a variety of programs to train you in various skills. We also have a number of excellent vocational schools that you may want to consider attending.		Job Placement Assistance   Do you have all the skills you need to get a good job but just a bit of guidance finding your next job? Several One-Stop Partners will help you with their Job Placement Assistance Programs.
Vocational and Career Assessment   Come by the One-Stop Career Center and take advantage of our Vocational and Career Assessment program. We have experts who can assist you with standard tests that may determine the career and or educational direction you may want to pursue.		Child Care Resource and Referral   Do you need help with children in order to work? As one of our partners, Go Kids may be able to assist you with your childcare needs. Interviewing Assistance   A Job Interview is your opportunity to make that lasting impression to get that job! Our One-Stop Career can provide you with the guidance and tools necessary for a successful interview. Prepare confident answers to questions similar to these.		Senior Employment Services   Our Partner Experience Works provides services which promote equal employment opportunities for older workers.
Rehabilitation Assessment   EDD, A One-Stop Partner, works with the California Department of Rehabilitation and the California Department of Vocational Rehabilitation to assist you with rehabilitation assessment.		Retraining Information, Opportunities and Schools   Examine our Retraining Information, Opportunities and Schools information and see how you might benefit from retraining, and the schools you can attend.
Unemployment Insurance   With our On-Site Partner, EDD, you can obtain information about receiving unemployment insurance benefits. We make it easy to address all your employment needs in one convenient location.		On-the-Job Training (OJT)   Obtain new skills while working. On-the-Job Training may be your next job!

Referral to Other Needed Services   Do you need Emergency Food, Welfare Assistance, or Food Stamps? Are you being evicted? Do you need help filling out forms? One-Stop Partners cangive you a referral to agencies that can help you with these needs.
